How long does order processing take?
Most of the orders are processed within 12 hours.
What is your sizing guide for clothing and apparel?
On product page, there is a Size Chart. Besides a standard Size Chart, there are specific measurements for the garment in “More Information” section. Please refer to both to find the right size.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Razorpay as payment gateway provider, which supports all payment methods such as UPI, credit/debit card, netbanking.
Are there any additional taxes or fees on my purchase?
Price mentioned on the site includes GST. There are no additional taxes or fees on your purchase.
Is my payment information secure on your website?
We use Razorpay as payment gateway provider. We don’t store your payment information (e.g. credit/debit card number) on our backend. Razorpay ensures highest level of data security by their compliance with industry standards such as SOC 3 certification, PCI DSS compliance, ISO 270001 certification besides using AES 128 bit for encrypting all user data and HTTPS/TLS as security protocol. Razorpay complies with strict regulations from the Reserve Bank of India to securely store and process payment data.
Can I track my order?
As a customer, you shall receive emails about new order, order dispatch and order delivery. Besides email notifications, you can also go to My Account/My Orders section to track your order. You can also connect with us on Chat or Call to find current information on your order.
How long will it take to get my order?
Within NCR area, we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days.
Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
Shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed.
How do I cancel/modify an order?
Order modification is not allowed. You can cancel the order before its dispatched.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We allow return/exchange within 7 days of delivery. Return/exchange is allowed only in case of damaged product.
